Only in japan would you get such a funny game show, that puts the contestants through an extreme workout this is Extreme Treadmill!

This kid was just silly, he knew this was going to happen but it’s still so funny to watch.

You have probably already seen this one, it has circulated the Internet for years, but never ever run onto an already running treadmill.

This guy through no fault of his own was forced of this treadmill, another victory for machine.

Words can’t even explain the stupidity of this person, but its funny as heck.

Keeping fit with excercise equipment

Keeping fit is a big thing in today’s world, with human life becoming easier and people not having to lift a finger to get most things done. I mean you put a meal in microwave and push a couple of buttons wait 2 minutes and ding ding its ready. People want to cut corners and by doing this we make our already fragile life’s even more fragile. With the great amount of risks such as heart disease, obesity & even depression, Keeping fit can prolong your life and make it more enjoyable.

So if you want to keep fit to maintain or improve your lifestyle you will need to know some very important things:
All healthy adults need endurance exercise which accelerates their heart rate for at least 10 minutes, you need to do this at least 5 days a week and this can involve walking, swimming, dancing, cycling or even a brisk walk. You should also have participate in some moderate exercise for at least 30 minutes per day 5 days a week this can be split into 3 segments of 10 minutes each, this can be done by using such equipment as treadmills, stair masters, cycle machines & weight training. This however does not include and easy walk for 10 minutes it must be a brisk walk that raises your heart rate for at least 10 minutes.

What equipment can i buy that will make exercise easier?
Exercise should not be easy, this is what some people tend to forget if you wish to maintain a healthy body & lifestyle you should exercise as often as you can with 30minutes a day being the minimum but if you don’t like to walk or just don’t have the time then i would suggest taking a look at some of the equipment below and then using it for at least 30minutes a day and you will live longer, be happier & look better!.

Exercise Bike:
These are ideal for sitting in your spare room and you can get nice cheap ones from eBay, just jump on this for 30minutes and start peddling you can even watch TV while you are doing it. These are especially good for improving your leg muscles and you can usually adjust the difficulty of peddling.

Treadmills
These are great if you want to jog, run or just take a brisk walk in the comfort of your own home, much like the exercise bike above jump on it for 30minutes and off you go. Although treadmills can be quite expensive you can get basic non electrical ones for peanuts, again EBay is a great place to find quality second hand exercise equipment.

Rowing Machine
Rowing machine’s are great for a full body workout and can help prevent back problems that occur later in life. It’s simple you just sit on it and start pulling the bar this works out your back muscles, stomach muscles and arm muscles and can fit anywhere in the home. Again EBay is a great place to get any type of exercise equipment.
